What happens if it rains?
The event can take place even in light rain. However, if the rain becomes very heavy, the parade will be temporarily halted until it clears up, at which point it will resume as normal.
Is transportation included?
On the day of the parade, the package includes only one-way transportation from the meeting point designated by the organizers to the event venue. Attendees are responsible for their own return transportation.
For all other activities and experiences, transportation does include round-trip travel.
Do you have meeting points?
All participants will be notified of the meeting point in advance once the reservation is confirmed. Generally, we choose locations that are easily accessible and strategically located to make it easier for attendees to get there.
Can I cancel my booking?
No cancellations or refunds will be issued once the reservation has been confirmed. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another person by requesting a name change in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe and PayPal as payment methods, but if you encounter any issues, please contact us at 573104594044. Once the reservation is made, you will receive all the necessary information to complete the payment securely.
Who is this experience for?
Yes, children, adults, and seniors are welcome to participate. However, we do not recommend that children under the age of 7 attend, as these are large-scale events that may involve long wait times, walking, and large crowds. If they do attend, children must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.
